Avoid the elevators by parking in your reserved parking space located on the 9th floor – the same floor as the unit. No waiting! The interior features recently updated décor with high-end furnishings and tasteful accents, including a cozy sectional sofa with pull-out bed in the living room. An open concept floor plan is complemented by sparkling floor to ceiling windows. The full-sized kitchen has been equipped with plenty of cookware and a spacious dining area for a “home away from home” experience. Your private, gulf-front balcony promises a breathtaking view of the sugar-white sand, rolling waves and world-famous emerald coast sunsets. The master has a king-size bed and a private bathroom, and the other bedroom features a set of twin bunks with dresser space and pull-out drawers. Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless they are a child of a registered guest. 1 car limit
