The owner has provided a great entertainment hub and family games, all of the kitchen items you could ever need, and beautiful furnishings to make you feel right at home.
Enjoy a reserved parking spot on the second floor, just steps away from your condo door! NO ELEVATORS NECESSARY!
Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, a full spa, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 pool side Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events.
Just steps away from everything you could need- Wal-Mart is just a few steps away across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB! All you have to do is park in the garage and enjoy tons of activities and restaurants nearby!
***Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permits). Guest must pay the concierge in the lobby a 1-time $85 fee for registration packet, for this unit you can have only one car*** Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless they are a child of a registered guests.

My experience was great. Although no one ever wants to have to call y’all, because that usually means there is an issue with something, it happens. The few times I needed to, Lori handled it better than I would have ever thought. She took care of anything and everything immediately. If she was unable to answer, I had a call back from her in only a few minutes. I was very pleased with her. The only reason i gave the “overall property” at shores of Panama a rating of 3 stars is because of the parking situation and the elevators. The garage parking spots are terribly small. Good luck if you drive a truck that you don’t want door dinged. You don’t even have enough room to get out of your door when parked next to someone. I think this garage was built for motorcycles and golf carts to park. It’s terrible. The elevators are very slow and did not all work. During the busy times, you’ll be waiting a while. But the security people there are very friendly and helpful, the rooms, I stayed in 4 different rooms total, were all very nice.
