What types of properties do you offer?
We offer luxury condos and houses along the Gulf Coast Panhandle in Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi. We would love to get in touch with you to find the perfect property for your tropical getaway!
How do I book a home?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the “check availability box” to the left, or you can call our office at (615) 523-9082, and a receptionist will be happy to assist you.
Is online booking secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
What is the security deposit, and when will it be refunded?
The security deposit varies from property to property. We will refund it after property inspection, so you can expect it a few days after you check out.
How do I get the key for the property?
All our properties utilize a keyless entry system. It generates a unique code that will be customized for your stay. Upon your check-in date, we will give you the code to access the property. After your check-out, the code expires.
Do we need to bring our own sheets, linens, and towels?
No. Each unit is stocked with the appropriate amount of linens for your stay. However, bringing your own beach towels is encouraged, as bath towels are not to be removed from the unit.
Are basic toiletries provided?
We provide an initial stock of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and dishwashing detergent. This provides you the opportunity to pick these items up for the duration of your stay.
What if I leave something behind at the property?
Call our office at 1-(877)-768-0952 or (615) 523-9052, and a representative will assist in attempting to find your lost item(s).
Can I bring my pet with me?
Most of our homes do not allow pets. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the “vacation rentals” tab above to see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Or, you can call our office at (615) 523-9082, and a receptionist would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet.
How old do you have to be to book a unit?
Every guest must be 25 years or older, unless he or she is the child of a registered guest.
What is your hurricane refund policy?
In the event of a mandatory evacuation for the area, your money will be refunded for the days you were required to evacuate.
What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming “home” to your “vacation home” rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some homes having game rooms, hot tubs, and BBQ grills. You will be able to enjoy a full-service home while you are on vacation.
